Regaining Independence

When one of our customers recently had to move into a care home after some time in hospital, Housing Partner, Carey Howard, worked hard to find a more suitable property.

Working with our Independent Living team, she was able to move the customer to one of our schemes – providing a more suitable home to meet his needs. This also meant we were able to release his place in the care home and free up his bungalow for another family in need.

The customer has since regained a lot of his independence, is safe and happy.
