New affordable homes on the way in Beaminster

These new homes will be high quality, modern and energy efficient, helping to keep running costs down for customers.

There’ll be a mix of homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, giving more local people the opportunity to find a home that’s right for them. The development also includes landscaped green spaces and better pedestrian links, creating a safer, greener and more connected neighbourhood for everyone.

We’re working closely with Dorset Council, and through our partnership with Homes England, every home on this site will be affordable. This means we’re not only meeting local housing need, but also helping to support the community for the future.
