Did you know we’re building 107 new homes in Southville? The Old Brewery will have a mixture of shared ownership and rented homes, which will be available from summer 2024.

There’ll be one, two and three-bedroom apartments, helping to bring more affordable homes to the community in Southville, Bristol.

When finished later next year, it’ll be one of the largest affordable housing developments in Bristol, with 98 of those homes available to buy through shared ownership to help more people step onto the housing ladder.

As well as creating homes, the build will mix old with the new, refurbishing parts of the original brewery buildings to be turned into shops and offices. The apartments will also have a central plant room that can connect to Bristol City Council’s District Heat Network when it reaches Southville – a system that delivers affordable, low carbon heat and energy citywide.
