Nearly 700 new homes and community spaces coming to West Sussex

These homes will form part of a much wider plan to create a brand‑new neighbourhood of around 1,500 homes - with many of them affordable, giving more local people the chance to find a high‑quality, secure home.

As well as new homes, the development will bring some fantastic improvements to the area. This includes new green spaces, play areas, safer walking and cycling routes, bus stops, and a main road through the site to help everyone get around more easily.

There will also be important community facilities in the future, such as a new primary school, a local centre and a care home. Altogether, it will create a well‑connected, sustainable place where families can settle down and feel part of a growing community.
