An update on our potential partnership with Octavia

In November 2023, we let you know that we were entering talks with Octavia about a potential partnership that could see Octavia join the Abri group. You can find that update here.

Octavia are now formally consulting with their customers about the proposed partnership.

This is a legal requirement, but just as importantly, it’s an opportunity for us to highlight the many benefits the partnership will bring, along with setting out Abri’s commitments to improving services and investing in the homes and communities of Octavia residents.

The consultation with Octavia customers is now open and will run until Friday 13 September 2024. Once the consultation is closed, the feedback will be carefully considered and taken into account before a final decision is made later in the year.

As a reminder, the potential partnership with Octavia won’t impact or change the services you receive as an Abri customer in any way. Our responsibility to delivering services and providing a great experience to our existing customers will always come first and foremost in any decision-making.
