How do I apply to rent a garage?

For garages in Hampshire or Berkshire

If you want to rent a garage in either Hampshire or Berkshire, please get in touch with Secure Parking and Storage (SPS). They manage the garages in Hampshire or Berkshire on our behalf. Give them a call on 01753 294140 or send an email to radian.garages@secureparkingandstorage.co.uk

For garages in Devon, Dorset or Somerset

For garages in Devon, Dorset or Somerset, you can apply by using the Live Chat service on the portal. Here you will be able to chat with our Customer Experience Team who can help with creating an application. We will need the following details:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • National insurance number
  • Address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Contact email address
  • Preferred garage location

How much does a garage cost to rent?

How much you'll pay will depend on the location of the garage.

Rates for garages in the south east (former Radian locations) are available by getting in touch with Secure Parking and Storage (SPS). Give them a call on 01753 294140 or send an email to radian.garages@secureparkingandstorage.co.uk

Rates for garages in the south west (former Yarlington locations) will either be £7.80, £9.60 or £10.80 per week.

Payment is made by direct debit only. These rates increase annually in April; we'll let you know how much the new charge will be before the increase takes place.

How long can I rent a garage for?

As long as you like! Providing that you keep up to date with rent payments and the garage is maintained and looked after, you can keep the space for an amount of time that suits you.

I no longer want to rent my garage, what do I do now?

That's fine! If you want to stop renting, please just get in contact with using the details above. Just make sure you give us two weeks notice which starts from the following Monday.
