We’ll be closed from 2pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024 until we reopen at 8.30am on Thursday 2 January 2025. But don’t worry, you can still manage your tenancy, make a payment and lots more on My Abri. And if you need to raise an emergency repair, you can give us a call on 0300 123 1567.

 

From 2pm on 24 December 2024 until 5pm on 3 January 2025, your account balance on the My Abri portal won’t show an updated amount. You can still make payments on the portal and through the automated payment line but please be aware that your account balance on the portal won’t reflect any payments made until 3 January 2025.
