Cyber attack affecting London councils - We've been made aware that Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC), Westminster, and Hammersmith & Fulham councils have been hit by a cyber-attack. RBKC has confirmed they can’t process Housing Benefits or Discretionary Housing Payments, and we expect similar issues from the other councils.
